 Sycamore Pumpkin Festival
The Pumpkin Festival, a cooperative effort of the non-for-profit organizations in the Sycamore community, was originally the brainchild of Wally Thurow who is now better known as "Mr. Pumpkin". Mr. Pumpkin's dream was to provide a creative fun means for all ages to enjoy Halloween. Today Sycamore residents of every age spend many hours planning and creating the pumpkin works of art that comprise this decorated pumpkin display.
